Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time & Cost
- Standard domestic shipping: 2–5 business days from the date your order ships.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 / Flat shipping rate is 5.50 for orders under the threshold.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- “Business days” excludes weekends and US federal holidays.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow along.
Shipping Limitations
- Currently we ship within the United States only (or specify if you ship internationally).
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes (or specify if you can).
- If your order is large, or contains multiple items that ship from different warehouses, it may arrive in multiple shipments.
Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet our 2–5 business day delivery estimate, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery in the event of unforeseen delays (such as carrier disruptions or stock-issues).
